Project Tracker

Project Tracker is a versatile, easy-to-use time/work management tool that monitors and reports on what tasks are being done in your projects, who is doing them, how close your workers are to finishing, and how much time and budget money has been spent to date. Ideal for use by faculty who received grant money and need to monitor work done in their projects.

The simple interface allows you to get started in minutes! You may enter information in any sequence you wish, but the getting started wizard below recommends the following sequence: 1) create your workers and managers, 2) create your project. Once the people and project have been created either you or your manager(s) can create the tasks and assign them to workers.

Workers see only the tasks that have been assigned to them. Managers see only the tasks and/or projects for which they are responsible. Administrators see everything. Administrators or managers can generate project reports.

A beautiful master report gives you a bird's-eye view of how your project is doing and how much time and budget money have been spend to date.

Project Tracker lives on a publicly accessible and secured webserver and therefore can be used from anywhere as long as the user has a web browser.
